Automotive Compliance Attorney

As a Automotive Compliance Attorney, you will research and analyze current legal, compliance, and best practices requirements for documents used in motor vehicle dealerships across all U.S. jurisdictions. You will be responsible for revising existing Reynolds documents as well as creating new forms to be used in the dealership F&I documentation process. Additional responsibilities include helping the sales force by comparing other dealer F&I documents to standard Reynolds forms, as well as identifying product gaps, industry trends, and specific sales opportunities.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in dealer F&I, consumer lending, or other consumer credit finance
• Experience researching and analyzing complex legal requirements required
• Strong writing skills and the ability to translate new information into simpler language
• Ability to work effectively alone and in groups, as well as multi-task
