A rapidly growing CPA firm based in Carlsbad and with corporate clients in 25 states is looking for a Tax Senior to join their team. This is a newly created position due to company growth and offers an excellent career path.

This is a Hybrid position.

Tax Senior responsibilities :

• Corporate tax returns both Federal & State
• Reviewing client financials statements
• Collating backup for tax returns
• Tax research
• Setting up Powers of Attorney
• Sales & Use tax
• Audit support
• Supervising and providing guidance to Tax Staff
• Reviewing returns prepared by others
• Interacting with clients
• Utilizing UltraTax, GoFileRoom & FirmFlow software
