This is a hands-on role that bridges operations, production, and inventory management to keep sales orders moving seamlessly from design to delivery. Production Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Convert sales orders into purchase orders and local job requests to initiate production
• Determine the best production channel based on cost, product type, and timelines
• Coordinate CAD design modifications and approvals between customers and design teams
• Track vendor communications to resolve production issues quickly
• Prepare and deliver job bags to local vendors and oversee their timely return
• Maintain and update production schedules to meet deadlines
• Verify product specifications and assist with quality control
• Record accurate costs and process vendor invoices
• Prepare products for sale, labeling, and inventory entry
• Support quarterly inventory counts, product returns, and stock replenishment
