Registered Nurse (RN) - 1 : 1 In-Home Care

Overview\nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our Home Health division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in the home setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for improving the lives of patients in their own homes.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n

• Provide skilled nursing care in a private home setting\n
• Administer and manage daily medications per care plan\n
• Assist with transferring using safe equipment / techniques\n
• Monitor vitals and overall health status\n
• Coordinate care with providers, family, and caregivers\n
• Document nursing interventions and ongoing assessments\n
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are upheld\n
• Support client with ADLs and promote dignity and independence\n\nIdeal Candidate\n
• Active RN license in Minnesota (required)\n
• Experience with paraplegic or mobility-impaired patients preferred\n
• Experience in home care, hospice, assisted living, or long-term care a plus\n
• Comfortable with 1 : 1 care in a private residence\n
• Professional, dependable, and patient-centered\n
• Ability to work collaboratively with 24-hour care team\n\nJob Types : Full-time, Part-time\n\nPay : $38.31 - $40.00 per hour\n\nBenefits : \n
