Job Description
Starting Pay : $22.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday – Friday (Start times may vary)
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues in production equipment
Install, adjust, inspect, and maintain new and existing machinery
Work with electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and wiring (110v–480v)
Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
Perform welding and fabrication as needed
Install and thread steel piping
Conduct general building maintenance and repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Coordinate with other departments to schedule and complete maintenance tasks
Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
Proven experience in industrial equipment maintenance
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams
Welding, fabrication, and pipefitting experience preferred
Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
