We are hiring a Remote Sales Agents to support a client during the upcoming ACA enrollment season. This is a 3-month remote contract opportunity ideal for motivated individuals with health insurance sales experience.

Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll sell Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace plans and assist customers with Medicare enrollment. You’ll work remotely, engaging with clients via phone or online, and delivering exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance solutions
• Guide customers through the Medicare enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Stay current on Medicare regulations, policies, and products
• Attend training sessions and team meetings
• Represent leading insurance carriers with strong financial stability
• Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and budget
• Create a smooth and positive experience for all clients

Requirements

Compensation : $21.30 / hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
