Dixon Quick Coupling , a division of The Dixon Group is looking for a Screw Machine Operator to join our team in Dallas, NC! You don’t need prior screw machine experience to succeed in this role — if you’re mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work, we’ll provide the training you need. Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, maintenance, automotive repair, welding, or general machine operation often thrive here. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable using tools like wrenches or calipers, you already have many of the skills we’re looking for.
