The Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) Advisory team is an internal consulting team providing a risk-based approach to improving processes, running projects, and managing risks, at the enterprise level. Projects will likely include :

Supporting all business lanes across the enterprise - DaVita Kidney Care, Strategic Business Initiatives, International

Lead team initiatives

Working as part of a team to implement changes or provide recommendations to manage risk, drive efficiencies and effectiveness of all enterprise functions

Advising or supporting the business to implement recommendations to business processes, systems, and team structure

Senior Manager Manager will work as part of a team and is expected to effectively contribute to individual work streams. This role provides excellent exposure to the DaVita executive level team, as this function reports directly to the Board of Directors.

The Project Manager will work as part of a team and is expected to effectively contribute to individual work streams. This role provides excellent exposure to the DaVita executive level team, as this function reports directly to the Board of Directors.

The Salary Range for the role is $100,100.00 - $147,000.00 / year.
