Pediatrician Needed for Growing Practice in Southeast Mississippi

Hattiesburg Clinic , one of the largest physician-owned multi-specialty groups in the Southeast, with over 300 physicians and 150 advanced practice providers, is seeking a family oriented, board-eligible / board-certified pediatrician to join its provider staff at one of our newest pediatric satellite locations in Picayune, Mississippi.

The Clinic’s Pediatric Department is recruiting to add a partner to the current physician and a pediatric nurse practitioner providing patient care in the community.  Primarily outpatient services are offered, with inpatient care at Highland Community Hospital.

• All ACIP recommended vaccines are administered and the practice participates in Vaccines for Children through MSDH.
• Call will be adjusted according to the number of pediatricians in the group.
• Epic EMR utilized in outpatient clinic and hospital, and average patient volume at 20 – 25 per day.
• Typical work week - Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
• Pediatricians currently attend all C-sections and high-risk deliveries, with future plans in place to train L & D staff to attend standard C-sections.
