Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This School Speech-Language Pathologist position offers an engaging opportunity to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade within a dynamic educational environment in Roseburg, OR. The role spans the full school year under a contract arrangement, providing consistent and meaningful impact on student communication development.

Key Qualifications :

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification and licensure appropriate for school settings
  • Experience working with K-12 students in educational environments
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Commitment to individualized student growth and progress monitoring

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to individual student goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students across various grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate communication goals into classroom activities
  • Document student progress and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
