Schedule : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM | Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) required

Type : Contract-to-Potential-Hire | Growth Opportunity

Overview :

You'll play a vital role in supporting patients and families during critical moments. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring compassion, resilience, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

You will be trained across three core registration areas :

• Quick Book Registration :
• Initial check-in for walk-in patients.
• Collect basic demographic info (Name, DOB).
• No insurance verification; patients proceed directly to triage.
• Minor Care Registration :
• Bedside registration for patients with minor conditions.
• Includes insurance verification, co-pay collection, authorization entry, and billing inquiries.
• Accurate data entry and documentation using computerized systems.
• Main Treatment Area Registration :
• Full bedside registration for more serious cases.
• Same process as Minor Care, with heightened attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr.
