Job description

Job Title :

  • Lead Maintenance Technician – Class A (350 Units) Location :  Bradenton, FL Position Overview : We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of a 350-unit apartment community in Keller, TX.
  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a team.
  • You must have strong HVAC and CPO certifications, a passion for providing excellent service, and the ability to handle on-call duties every 3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the property Perform routine HVAC repairs and maintenance Manage and lead maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work Handle emergency on-call maintenance requests (on-call rotation every 3 weeks) Ensure property cleanliness and functionality for residents Assist with budget management and inventory control Collaborate with property management to prioritize and resolve issues Required Qualifications : HVAC certification required CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification required 3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, with leadership experience Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must be available for on-call rotation every 3 weeks Excellent communication and team management skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Benefits : Competitive salary based on experience Health and dental insurance options Paid time off On-call pay Opportunities for growth and advancement If you are a motivated leader with a passion for maintenance, we want to hear from you!
