Mail Screener

BrightKey is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mail Screener.

The primary responsibility of the Mail Screener is to inspect incoming mail for hazardous contents, ensuring the safety and security of our organization and its personnel.

The ideal candidate will be capable of wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE), including a hood covering the face and head-to-toe protective suits.

Compensation & Benefits :

• $24.07 per hour (plus $4.93 per hour health and welfare)- total of $29.00 for all hours worked Paid time-off and Holiday Pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k with a company match Logistics : Monday through Friday Work Schedule Hours : 7 : 30am – 4 : 00pm (40 hours per week) Location : Northern VA / DC area (parking available onsite) Must have a Secret Security Clearance  ​ Responsibilities of the Mail Screener : Mail Screening : Thoroughly inspect incoming mail for hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, toxins, and other potentially harmful substances.
• Utilize specialized equipment and procedures for effective screening.
