Job Summary and Qualifications

As a PRN Ultrasound Technologist, you will :

  • Perform ultrasound procedures accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with patient transportation and related tasks.
  • Handle clerical functions as necessary.
  • Provide preliminary interpretations of exams as needed.
  • Work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts based on department needs.
  • Deliver ultrasound services at HCA Florida Poinciana Imaging and Hospital as assigned.

    • This position requires you to demonstrate a commitment to the mission of HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital and align with our core values and strategic goals.

    Qualifications include :

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of starting.
  • Current registration with ARDMS as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
  • RDMS registration within one year of employment or two years post-graduation from an accredited program.
  • A graduate from an accredited Ultrasound program.
