L&D Registered Nurse - Full-time

Position Details\n\n

• Schedule : 3x12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total)\n\n
• Experience : Minimum 3 years of acute care hospital experience\n\nResponsibilities\n\nThe Labor & Delivery RN provides safe, effective, and high-quality care to patients based on NorthBay's nursing practice model and Jean Watson's Theory of Caring. Key responsibilities include : \n\n
• Assessing and planning patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.\n\n
• Delivering patient-focused, culturally competent care while acting as a patient advocate.\n\n
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed.\n\n
• Using advanced communication and technical skills to support positive patient outcomes.\n\n
• Adhering to all hospital policies and regulatory standards.\n\nRequirements\n\nRequired Credentials\n\n
• Valid California RN License\n\n
