Job Highlights

Salary : $25-$40 per hour (negotiable based on experience).

Benefits : Group health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life), paid vacation, sick leave, 401K retirement plan, attendance bonuses, and other allowances.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM (on-site only, remote work is not available).

Job Description :

We are hiring a B2B Sales Representative with a strong background in building materials or lighting products. This is a field-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, solving real-world problems, and driving revenue growth through authentic relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Expand our customer base of contractors, builders, distributors, and electricians

Present products, respond to project requirements, and close deals

Maintain CRM records and follow up on all leads and orders

Provide product feedback to internal teams

Represent the company at industry expos, trade shows, and local events

Qualifications :

3+ years of B2B sales experience in lighting, hardware, or construction materials

Existing network of contractor or builder relationships preferred

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently

Multilingual (Mandarin or Spanish) a plus
