HumanEdge Health is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel RN to join a leading LTAC facility in Hummelstown, PA for a 13-week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who thrives in high-acuity environments and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to medically complex patients

Complete nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission and develop individualized care plans

Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient rehabilitation programs

Communicate effectively with the care team, patients, and families regarding patient status and care plans

Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely

Active RN license (PA or Compact)

Minimum 1 year of recent LTAC, med-surg, or ICU experience

Comfortable working night shifts and managing a diverse patient population
