CAHPS Program Advisor

A company is looking for a CAHPS Program Advisor to manage and oversee consumer and provider experience programs based on feedback and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of CAHPS-related programs

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute the annual CAHPS strategic roadmap

Review and consolidate CAHPS survey results to identify trends and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management, preferably in healthcare or consumer insights

Minimum of three (3) years in CAHPS, Quality, or Consumer Experience or related field

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion

Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification preferred
