Director of Leads Insights

A company is looking for a Director of Leads Insights, US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and delivery of scalable reporting and analytics for operations and customer insights

Develop and manage a data & analytics team, promoting a data-driven culture

Oversee the management of GitLab and Confluence documentation for analytics initiatives

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in data modeling and analytics

Proven ability to extract insights from large datasets

Expertise in managing GitLab for analytics workflows

Proficient in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau

Technical skills in MS Access, SQL, VBA, and Python
