• Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain precise and organized records.
• Offer administrative support to leadership and team members to streamline operations.
• Manage office tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and arranging travel plans.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor office supply inventory and ensure the workspace is tidy and welcoming.
• Provide direct assistance to the President as needed to support executive functions.
• Contribute to special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
• Creative and design background, familiarity with Adobe and Canva.
• Proven experience in administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in managing inbound calls and providing receptionist duties.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with general office operations and procedures.
