NOVA Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Building Enclosure Consultant for our growing Central Florida operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional based in either the Orlando or Tampa, FL metro areas who thrives in a dynamic consulting environment and is passionate about building science and envelope performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct peer reviews of architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals with a focus on building enclosure systems.
• Design remedial roofing and envelope solutions for existing facilities.
• Perform visual surveys, moisture assessments, pre-design evaluations, and property condition assessments.
• Lead forensic investigations into building enclosure and roofing failures or performance issues.
• Occasionally perform field testing of roofing, waterproofing, window, and curtainwall systems in accordance with ASTM, AAMA, TAS, and ANSI standards.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to verify compliance with design documents, manufacturer guidelines, and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed technical reports documenting findings, testing results, and recommendations.
• Manage projects and provide technical oversight for building enclosure, roofing, and facility-related assignments.
