Job descriptionMonitor labor, material, and transportation costs to ensure profitability. Implement process improvements, uphold quality standards, and optimize workflows. Oversee training programs and scheduling to maintain full coverage and productivity. Coordinate across shifts, adjust schedules for volume changes, and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality. Create an environment of innovation, engagement, and fun. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, or similar operations. Strong communication, supervisory, and influencing skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational improvements. We’ve experienced tremendous growth over the past few years and have ambitious plans for the future.
Now, we’re looking for a General Manager to lead operations at our fully automated Sortation Center in Glendale Heights, IL.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape performance, culture, and efficiency in a cutting-edge facility.
What You’ll Do As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the sortation center’s operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective performance.
Your responsibilities will include :
