Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient Primary Care (Pediatrics-Focused)

Join a well-established, patient-focused outpatient clinic in Hesperia, CA, where delivering high-quality care and maintaining a healthy work-life balance are core priorities. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner who enjoys caring for children and adolescents, with the majority of the patient panel consisting of pediatric patients, while also providing care across the lifespan as needed.

The practice offers a supportive, collaborative environment and welcomes both experienced Nurse Practitioners and well-trained new graduates, providing mentorship and structure to promote long-term professional growth.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only role with no hospital responsibilities
• Predominantly pediatric patient population, with some adult and geriatric care
• Manageable patient volume of 11-14 patients per day, with growth potential up to 25
• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends
• No in-clinic holiday coverage
• Shared, phone-only call approximately one week per month (triage only)

Qualifications

• Active California Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain
• Strong interest or experience in pediatric care; comfort treating patients across the lifespan preferred
• Open to new graduates with solid clinical training
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• 40 hours of CME time plus a $2,500 annual CME allowance
• Malpractice coverage provided under a group policy
• Sign-on bonus negotiable based on experience
