Position: Front of House Shift Lead

As a Shift Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations during your shift. You’ll lead a team of front-of-house members, maintain high standards for customer service, and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate front-of-house team members to foster a positive work environment.

- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest receives friendly, prompt, and high-quality service.

- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, order accuracy, and food presentation.

- Problem Resolution:Address and resolve guest issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Inventory Management: Help track inventory and manage supply orders.

- Cleanliness and Safety:Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

- Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a supervisory role or fast-paced environment.

- Customer-Focused: Passion for delivering excellent service.

- Team-Oriented: Ability to inspire and motivate team members.

- Strong Communication: Clear and effective verbal communication skills.

- Flexible Availability: Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
