Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Business Analyst at Colsh Consultants located in New Jersey. The Jr Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analyzing business processes, requirements, and data. They will utilize strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and business analysis expertise to support project initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Business Process analysis
  • Familiarity with Business Requirements gathering
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Relevant certification in Business Analysis is a plus

Comprehensive Training (1–2 months) :

  • Fundamentals of Business Analysis (Requirements Gathering, UML, User Stories, BRD / FRD preparation)
  • Agile & Scrum practices (Jira, Confluence, Sprint Ceremonies, PI Planning)
  • Tools & Techniques (SQL basics, Excel, Tableau / Power BI, Visio / Lucidchart for diagrams)
  • Real-time case studies

    • Support Provided :

  • Accommodation and boarding during the training period in New Jersey
  • Professional mentoring and guidance throughout the program

    • Placement Assistance :

  • Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be placed on projects with our client organizations. Positions will be on-site at client locations across the U.S.
