Role : Rust Engineer

Location : Tampa, FL

Duration Long term contract

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance services and libraries using Rust .
• Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to integrate Rust components with Python and SQL systems.
• Ensure code quality through clean, maintainable, and well-tested development practices.
• Lead architecture discussions, code reviews , and mentor junior engineers.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability .
• Build and maintain internal tools, APIs, CLIs, and data pipelines .
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across Rust, Python, and SQL boundaries.
