Molding Products is looking for an SMC Operator!

3rd shift : 10 : 00pm - 6 : 30am with occasional OT when needed

• This role will train on 1st shift (6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm) for the first several weeks

$21.00 / hr + $1.50 Shift Premium

Job Description

The SMC operator manages the activities of the SMC machine and supporting equipment contributing to

efficient manufacture of consistently high-quality SMC meeting or exceeding customer specifications with safety operations for the entire crew first and foremost. The SMC Operator reports to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager. The SMC operator controls all aspects of the SMC machine and has authority to shut down the machine if quality is at risk of compromise specifications or is in any way non‐conforming.
