About the Role

We’re looking for a  Growth & Demand Gen Lead  — a  player-coach  who can both  execute and lead . You’ll own everything from strategy and execution to analytics and team management. You’ll be the one driving lead generation, running paid campaigns, managing freelancers, and building the playbook for scale.

This is  not  a corporate marketing job with layers of support — it’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own outcomes, not just activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and own the  entire marketing funnel : awareness → acquisition → activation → retention.
  • Launch, optimize, and manage  paid campaigns  (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Write compelling  ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences  that convert.
  • Develop and manage  SEO, content, and organic growth initiatives.
  • Build and manage a freelance bench  (design, paid media, content, etc.).
  • Set up and track key  marketing metrics and dashboards  (CAC, MQL→SQL, LTV : CAC, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales to  improve conversion rates  and refine messaging.
  • Identify and scale  new demand channels  (partnerships, affiliates, integrations, events).

Who You Are

  • 5–10 years of  hands-on growth or demand generation  experience in SaaS.
  • Proven record of  owning a funnel  and generating leads that convert to revenue.
  • Deep understanding of  performance marketing, automation, and analytics .
  • Strong writing chops — can craft a story that sells.
  • Comfortable managing  freelancers or small agency pods .
  • Startup DNA : resourceful, scrappy, results-obsessed.
  • Bonus points for : experience in  real estate tech, CRMs, or proptech .

  • Compensation

    $80,000–$120,000 base salary

    Performance-based bonuses  tied to qualified demo / SQL goals

    Equity opportunity  (0.25–1% depending on experience)

    Freelancer budget  of $3K–$5K / month under your management
