A company is looking for a Principal Counsel, Product & Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Provide business-forward legal counseling on product, commercial, and regulatory issues

Lead negotiations and manage a variety of commercial agreements while advising on relevant legal guidelines

Develop legal processes, templates, and training to enhance efficiency and compliance across teams

Required Qualifications

12+ years of professional experience, including 3 years at a law firm and 5+ years in-house at a tech company

Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school with state bar membership

Expertise in U.S. privacy laws and experience in adtech, data use, and marketing contexts

Strong business acumen and ability to translate legal risks into actionable options

Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate in a high-growth environment
