This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while driving process efficiency and supporting automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management within engineering or operations environments and will thrive in an Agile, collaborative setting.
- Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, design, and execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Monitor project resources, budgets, and schedules while maintaining accurate financial and progress forecasts.
- Implement project tracking and reporting mechanisms to communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership.
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts, schedule issues, and operational obstacles through proactive problem solving.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, and procurement partners to ensure alignment.
- Lead efforts to automate data entry, reporting, and analysis to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee project documentation, approvals, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Support program initiation activities, including risk identification, resource estimation, and dependency management.
- Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing systems, tools, and project management processes.
- Promote safe, efficient, and collaborative work practices that support organizational objectives.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Power BI).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with real-time systems or automation of data entry and analysis preferred.
