Job Summary :

The Medical Billing & Eligibility Team Lead is a working lead who supports the daily operations of our back-office client services team. This role focuses on coordinating workflow, providing subject-matter expertise, assisting with escalations, and supporting staff to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant work across billing and eligibility functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Medical Billing, Medicaid, Charity Care, MVA, and Eligibility processes.
• Coordinate daily workflow and assist team members with task prioritization to meet goals and turnaround times.
• Provide guidance and support on complex cases, system navigation, and client-specific requirements.
• Handle escalated issues and assist with resolving complex billing or eligibility inquiries.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Monitor productivity trends and communicate issues or opportunities to management.
• Support process improvements and workflow updates.
• Assist with client reports, dashboards, and productivity summaries as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between the team and management to ensure consistent communication.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM
