As a Home Loan Specialist , you'll be part of a team that's helping people turn life goals into keys-in-hand moments.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Loan Specialist to join our Mortgage Fulfillment Division. In this role, you will be a key contributor supporting various channels within MFD, helping to drive efficient processes and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex data and document validation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Troubleshoot third-party orders including title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, and credit reports
• Handle escalated or complex customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
• Complete appraisal eligibility tasks and ensure timely processing
• Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflow
• Perform other related duties as assigned
