Full-Time Caregiver – Job Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Provide companionship and meaningful conversation

Prepare meals and assist with feeding

Perform light housekeeping and laundry

Offer medication reminders (non-administrative)

Escort clients to appointments or errands

Support mobility and maintain home safety

Follow individualized care plans and document activities

Observe and report changes in client condition

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred

Caregiving experience (paid or unpaid) a plus

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if transporting clients)

Must pass background screening

Caring, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care

Preferred (Not Required)

CPR / First Aid Certification

Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or mobility assistance

CNA or HHA certification

Qualifications

Experience providing home services to seniors OR enrollment / completion of a nursing or CNA program

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Reliable transportation to client homes
