Overview
Google is seeking a Product Manager for Google Ads. You will guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems into actionable steps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
Work collaboratively with developers, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting edge technologies.
Develop solutions to problems by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications
Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
5 years of experience working cross-functionally with developers, UX / UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
3 years of experience in software development.
Ads or AdTech experience, specifically with Advertising Platforms.
Compensation and benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
