Youll manage our fast-growing Parts Department with access to OEM and aftermarket parts . Work alongside an experienced service department team and enjoy the autonomy to implement best practices in inventory control, vendor management, and departmental profitability. Manage daily operations of the parts department, including wholesale, retail, and internal salesMaintain accurate inventory levels and oversee ordering, receiving, and stocking of partsMonitor departmental performance and implement strategies for growth and profitabilityEnsure timely fulfillment of repair orders for the service departmentDevelop and maintain strong vendor relationshipsTrain, coach, and evaluate parts staff to achieve performance goalsUphold high standards of customer service for all department interactionsMaintain compliance with all safety, OEM, and company policiesQualifications / Requirements :
Previous Automotive Parts Manager or Parts Department Leadership experience requiredStrong background in inventory control, vendor management, and department operationsProven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and parts inventory softwareAbility to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve profitability targetsExcellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfactionValid drivers license with a clean driving recordMust pass pre-employment screeningWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
