Volunteer Program Coordinator

A company is looking for a Volunteer Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with volunteer engagement and operational support for virtual program events, including training sessions

Contribute to the creation of newsletters and assist with mentor cohort matching

Provide administrative support for Women Techmakers initiatives and maintain training materials in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience working with volunteers and students in a nonprofit or education setting

Experience coordinating projects or programs, particularly in a virtual setting

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a fully-remote team

Familiarity with handling mentor data and understanding data privacy requirements

Comfortable working with diverse communities and cultures
