We are looking for a Respiratory Sales Specialist to develop and execute a winning territory strategy while collaborating across teams to drive prescriptions and sales. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with Pulmonologists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other key healthcare providers. Success requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and strong account management skills. What You'll Do :

• Promote Verona's products, drive sales, and exceed targets within an assigned territory while ensuring compliance.
• Tailor customer interactions using disease state knowledge, competitor insights, and regional market dynamics.
• Demonstrate expertise in Patient Access Programs and Specialty Distribution Models (e.g., Specialty Pharmacy / HUBs).
• Support KOL advocacy and execute company-sponsored speaker programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Market Access, Medical Affairs, etc.) to align business strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions in CRM software and leverage data for territory planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

We offer a competitive base salary range of $140,000- $170,000 USD (final salary based on location, experience, and qualifications).
