As the Manager, Recruitment Marketing and Employment Branding, you will help to champion and market Frontier's employment brand to both future and current employees. In this role, you will support the Recruiting organization by developing and leading recruitment marketing content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, attract top talent, and activate candidates. This role will work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Communications and HR teams driving our employee valuation proposition (EVP) as we look to attract and engage top talent.
This is a strategic leadership role where you will be expected to drive cross-functional projects to position Frontier Airlines as an employer of choice.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as recruitment marketing, employer branding, brand marketing, or talent branding, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing successful talent attraction programs and initiatives.
Strong understanding of marketing and branding best practices, including strategies for paid and organic social media, job board presence, reputation management, programmatic advertising, candidate communications, recruiting events, community outreach, CRM, and website management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program performance.
