Technical Projects Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to ensure our teams are synchronized, meeting timelines, and functioning effectively. You will be responsible for tracking tasks, managing project workflows, and clarifying priorities across multiple initiatives. In addition to maintaining systems, you will proactively identify obstacles, optimize processes, and contribute to the growth of our project management team as the organization expands.

This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in managing technical projects who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating closely with engineers, researchers, and leadership. You will facilitate communication, keep technical and strategic objectives aligned, and introduce structure to projects involving software, ML, and hardware teams. If you excel at problem-solving, driving clarity, and ensuring smooth project execution, we would love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and deliverables for customer-facing initiatives while aligning with key performance metrics (image quality, speed, memory usage).
• Act as the main contact point between internal engineering teams and smartphone OEM customers to accurately capture evolving requirements.
• Assess and apply the most effective project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) tailored for our organization.
• Establish and refine robust project management systems to enhance efficiency as we scale.
• Lead daily and weekly stand-up meetings to promote focus and accountability among teams.
• Serve as a strong internal advocate to ensure balanced and concentrated engineering resource allocation, promptly identifying and communicating potential risks or bottlenecks.
• Bridge communications between technical and non-technical teams.
• Coordinate technical demonstrations, including logistics, agendas, and practice runs to ensure timely delivery of customer-ready presentations.
• Develop the project management function to cater to the growing needs of the company.
