We're partnering with a market-leading consumer brand with a large footprint to find a Director of Membership Planning & Analytics. This high-impact role will lead the analytical strategy that drives growth, retention, and revenue optimization across a 1.5M+ member base—representing over 70% of company revenue. You'll own end-to-end forecasting, predictive modeling, and insights to guide new member acquisition, churn prevention, and cohort performance.
The Sr Manager, Membership Planning & Analytics will serve as the analytical engine behind our membership business, driving acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization for the company's largest revenue stream. This high-impact role blends advanced analytics, financial acumen, and leadership. You'll own end-to-end analytics, manage a small team, and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Operations to turn complex data into actionable strategies. The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Chanhassen, MN and reports into the Senior Director of Business Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct churn, cohort, and lifecycle analyses to inform retention and growth strategies
Apply predictive modeling, machine learning, clustering, and regression to uncover member behavior and identify opportunities
Lead cross-functional analytics projects with Finance, Marketing, and Club Ops
