A leading housing finance organization in Washington D.C. seeks a Principal for Multifamily Risk - Underwriting. This role requires collaboration with management on risk evaluations and lending decisions. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in Multifamily underwriting and a Bachelor's degree. The position offers a competitive salary range of $172,000 - $234,000 and expects regular onsite work.
