State Insurance USA is expanding quickly! We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Client Care Representative to join our Commercial Department. This role will be performed at our Fort Myers location off of Colonial Blvd, and working hours are 8 : 30am - 5pm Monday-Friday (No Weekends!) As a Client Care Representative, you will use your customer service experience to build trust and rapport with clients, while pursuing continuing education to stay ahead of trends in the insurance industry. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, guiding them through policy servicing, renewals, endorsements and claims support, ensuring they always feel informed and supported. Some experience in a similar position is preferred, however we are absolutely willing to train the right candidate, and assist you with obtaining your 4-40 license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing clear education and guidance on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when preparing and processing insurance documentation, updating client records, and assisting with payments.
• Support clients with policy adjustments, endorsements, and renewals in an accurate and timely manner.
• Apply effective communication and negotiation skills to address client concerns and resolve objections professionally.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, identify and resolve issues efficiently, and ensure follow-up communication to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
