About the Collections Specialist Role

As a Collections Specialis t, you'll play a key role in ensuring timely payments, resolving billing issues, and supporting financial accuracy. You'll collaborate with internal teams and customers to streamline collections and contribute to the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities of a Collections Specialist

• Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on overdue balances.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while negotiating payment terms and resolving billing issues.
• Apply payments accurately and reconcile accounts in coordination with the cash application team.
