Maintenance Manager
Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations within the food processing facility, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively. The role is pivotal in maintaining production capabilities while adhering to safety and quality standards in the food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure high availability of all production equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on bakery and food production equipment
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training
- Coordinate with production managers to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for necessary maintenance supplies
- Analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
