Job Title : Foreclosure Processor (Sales) Location : Phoenix, AZ Pay : $19 - $22 / hourly Position Overview : The Foreclosure Processor will manage high-volume foreclosure accounts, utilizing vendor-related software daily. This self-directed role requires attention to detail, strong initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly. Key Responsibilities : Review accounts in foreclosure, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Conduct audits for bid accuracy and foreclosure fee calculations Verify documentation and property readiness for sale Process foreclosure postponements and complete SCRA searches Ensure timely task completion and adherence to company guidelines Ideal Candidate : 1+ year of foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience

• REQUIRED
