2nd Shift Inventory Specialist
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team and work in the kitting area of our warehouse. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy of our inventory records and involves a combination of computer work and material handling.
Responsibilities :
- Operate in the kitting area of the warehouse, spending approximately 70% of your time at a computer, 20% on material movement equipment such as standup forklifts or electric carts, and 10% walking.
- Utilize systems such as MAMM, Supermarket, web-based programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, and order tracking systems to track inventory.
- Print inventory reports and conduct audits to verify that physical inventory matches system records.
- Take ownership of inventory counts and records to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct physical counts of inventory as needed to verify the correct quantity and location of parts.
- Locate missing inventory parts not accurately reflected in the system.
Essential Skills :
Experience in inventory tracking and data entry.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer data entry.Comfortable using standup forklifts and other vehicles in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.Experience with ERP systems and SAP.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
At least 2 years of work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.Comfortable operating forklifts and electric carts, including working at heights using harnesses.Prior experience working in SAP or similar systems is a plus.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
