Inventory Specialist

2nd Shift Inventory Specialist

We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team and work in the kitting area of our warehouse. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy of our inventory records and involves a combination of computer work and material handling.

Responsibilities :

• Operate in the kitting area of the warehouse, spending approximately 70% of your time at a computer, 20% on material movement equipment such as standup forklifts or electric carts, and 10% walking.
• Utilize systems such as MAMM, Supermarket, web-based programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, and order tracking systems to track inventory.
• Print inventory reports and conduct audits to verify that physical inventory matches system records.
• Take ownership of inventory counts and records to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct physical counts of inventory as needed to verify the correct quantity and location of parts.
• Locate missing inventory parts not accurately reflected in the system.

This is a Contract position based out of Decatur, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
