About the Role :
You will be an integral part of Code for America's Finance Team, which is supporting the rapid growth of programs and infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to assist with financial data analysis, reporting, and accounts payable support while training to advance your financial analysis skills. In addition to working within the financial team, you will interact broadly with other employees across the organization to ensure that accounting policies are followed, transactions are executed accurately and in a timely manner, and relevant information is reported. The finance team is currently composed of a financial analyst, an associate director of financial analysis, a director of finance, a senior director of finance, and a chief financial officer.
This role will report to the associate director of financial analysis and is expected to travel no more than 5% of the time.
Code for America is based in California and can employ those who reside full-time within the United States. This is a remote position.

Code for America's salary bands are transparent as a part of our commitment to transparency and fairness. As part of our hiring practices, we aim to target the midpoint of the 2nd quartile of the range for all new hires.
Offer targets vary based on market / geographic location. The offer targets for this role range from $79,411 to $97,213 annually.
