Pre-Suit Paralegal - Personal Injury

We are a fast-paced and growing Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our legal team. • Key Responsibilities :
• Manage fast paced pre-suit personal injury caseload from intake through settlement disbursement within a team environment
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
• Monitor treatment status
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation
• Prepare demand packages
• Negotiate medical bills, outstanding liens and preparation of closing statements including settlement distributions
• Ensure deadlines are tracked and met throughout the case lifecycle
• Support attorneys with case updates and administrative tasks as needed
• Qualifications :
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a Pre-Suit Personal Injury caseload from intake to settlement
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and treatment timelines
• Familiarity with case management software, Microsoft Office, Outlook, & Adobe
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred
