Applications Processor

The Applications Processor is responsible for preparing permit, utility and state application packages, tracking / recording all applications' progress, and maintaining positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations. An ideal candidate for the position will be amiable, detail-oriented, organized, dependable, motivated, and able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare permit, utility and state application packages
• Assist in compiling information necessary to complete application packages
• Track progress and update information in database
• Review and distribute documents and correspondence
• Perform administrative functions including but not limited to : incoming calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, preparing shipments, and filing
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations
• May require permit running
