Remote Mechanical Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Remote Associate Mechanical Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Determine covered failures by reviewing vehicle service agreements and interpreting policy coverage

Respond to and resolve client and customer issues through various communication channels

Adjust and document claims in compliance with departmental standards and applicable laws

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Automotive experience, such as training or roles as a Service Advisor or Technician

2 years of customer service and automotive experience

2 years of experience using computers with multiple applications

Ability to adapt to change and work independently or in a team setting
